In 2004, Yanshu's paintings were awarded "Best of Show" in both
international and national exhibitions.
Her fives students won awards from local, regional and national
competitions in 2004.
In 2005, Yanshu won the President Award at 19th International Exhibition.
"Rawlins Sisters" won Kent Art Association Award and is being displayed
at 33rd Annual Exhibition by Pastel Society of America in New York, Sept.
9-Oct. 2, 2005.
Yanshu was awarded NPS Distinguished Pastelist by Northwest Pastel
Society.
Yanshu will do portait demo at Danniel Smith's Bellevue location on Dec.
17, 2005. There will be two sessions held at 11 AM and 1:45 PM.

Yanshu Art Studio was founded primarily for promoting art awareness in
the community by exhibiting paintings and doing demonstrations. The
studio also accepts students in developing individual's artistic potentials for
life long enrichment.
